TIDELACE 2-YEAR FINISH LIMITED WARRANTY
What is covered: if the gold-tone finish of your Tidelace piece fades, discolors or tarnishes in normal everyday wear within 2 years of delivery, we will replace the piece.
How to claim: email hello@tidelace.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. No registration needed. We reply within 2 business days.
What we do: we send a replacement of the same piece (or the closest current piece) at no cost. You do not need to send the original back unless we ask.
Not covered: loss, theft, broken clasps or chains from pulling or snagging, scratches from hard impacts, changes made by a third party, and contact with bleach, chlorine concentrates or other strong chemicals.
Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
